Rob is head of the highly successful Project Planning and Marketing department at LJ Hooker Darwin and Palmerston. The department’s business model is to be pro-active and make projects happen rather than sit back and wait to market the end product. This model also allows Rob to participate in the future look and feel of the greater Darwin area which he feels passionately about.
The scope of work Rob completes on a regular basis includes all facets of project development and includes but not limited to;
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the development field. Rob uses his expansive network of development related people to put together the appropriate people and property to get the maximum result for all parties involved.
Work with developers to ensure that the property that is being proposed has a place in the market, and to determine what the market may be prepared to pay for that property. This process assists in increasing the efficiency of the marketing period and reduces the time on market for off the plan stock
Using his experience in the field, Rob is able to construct fully comprehensive marketing campaigns across all media types and regularly delivers those campaigns under budget. His understanding of buyer behaviour and electronic media enables him to target a specific buyer type to quickly advance the marketing process.
Joint Venture Opportunities
Robs network includes a number of small to large financiers and equity firms looking to invest in development projects. This network has enabled Rob to put together developments where normal financing methods made the project un-viable.
